Our Services

Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy with me follows three flexible phases: Construction, Deconstruction, and Reconstruction.

In the beginning, we focus on understanding your story, relationships, beliefs, emotional patterns, and the ways you learned to survive. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and begin identifying the deeper patterns shaping how you see yourself and the world.

As our work develops, we begin challenging the beliefs, roles, and coping strategies that may once have protected you but now keep you stuck. This stage can involve deeper emotional work, honest reflection, and compassionate challenge. We then focus on rebuilding—strengthening self-trust, developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and creating a life that feels more intentional and authentic.

Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and adapted to your pace. Depending on your needs, I may integrate Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and other trauma-informed approaches. I do not force you into one model; I use the methods that best fit your history, personality, and goals.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy with me follows four flexible stages: improving communication, understanding conflict patterns, uncovering deeper attachment needs, and rebuilding trust and connection. We begin by looking at how you speak, listen, react, withdraw, or become defensive so we can slow down the cycles that keep repeating.

As the work deepens, we explore the roles each partner takes during conflict, the emotional wounds underneath those reactions, and what each person needs to feel safe, seen, and supported. Sessions are active, honest, and collaborative, with a focus on helping both partners take responsibility for their impact on the relationship.

Depending on your needs, I may integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method strategies, attachment and psychodynamic work, narrative therapy, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems. The goal is not to eliminate conflict, but to help you handle it with more clarity, repair, honesty, and emotional connection.
